Return and Exchange Policy

***Our phone cases are custom made which means when you place an order, they are handmade for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns if you ordered the wrong size/wrong design so please be sure to double-check what size you need.
Please know that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that while we do strive to offer cases that are both affordable and protective, we do not guarantee to prevent all damage to your device.
Returns
We are completely committed to ensuring each customer is 100% satisfied every time you shop with us. We understand that things can happen so if you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away.
Eligible returns made within 10 days of the order delivery date will be issued a refund to the original method of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and in the original packaging.
In order to complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you need to return an eligible item please email us and include your order number, pictures, and reason for return. We will instruct you via email what the next steps will be.
We'll also notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Refunds
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment which usually requires 3-5 business days depending on your bank's policies.
If USPS tracking states your package has been delivered we will not be able to offer a refund. Belsign is not held liable for packages that have been delivered, lost, or stolen. Please contact the courier as they will be able to help track down your package.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are proven defective or damaged within 10 days of the order delivery date. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with photos of the damage or defect to info@shopbelsign.com
